I received my massage therapy certification at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage in 2010 graduating at the top of my class with over 1100 hours of massage training. My education was focused on the human body so that I could pursue a career that involved integrating and sustaining healthy and functional lifestyles. I have worked closely with chiropractors where I specialized in cases of injury and chronic pain and have experience doing on-site corporate massage also enjoying a successful private practice of my own. Clients appreciate my firm touch, intuition, and specific knowledge of anatomy. I currently work for McCullough-Hyde Hospital in Oxford Ohio where I have my own suite.
I specialize in a relaxing Swedish-style massage, incorporating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage and stretching techniques into the massage if needed, focusing on any problem areas you have. If you need sciatica relief, migraine and headache relief, or suffer from walking pains, stiffness, postural discomfort, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, or more, I am a licensed and insured medical massage therapist, offering sessions that are committed to relieving the source of your pain, and not simply providing temporary relief.
